My journey with ADHD began very early in my life. I was diagnosed when I was in kindergarten. At the time, I was too young to understand what it meant. I was born in 2009, so technically I am still very young. It's true... I'm still immature, but whatever! I have plenty of time to understand the world around me. The most important task for me is to try to adapt to the ups and downs of the disorder. There are people who don't know I have ADHD who say to me, "Thomas, you're different, have you noticed?" Hmm... of course I have noticed! My room is a mess, I always forget my exercise book, and even my pants sometimes! ADHD is not a curse or a punishment, it is a condition that I am learning to accept, and that I am trying to understand through this blog.

Great initiative on your end to do something that helps you navigate your journey with ADHD! Indeed it is not a curse, your brain simply works a little different than others. Great job on the blog👏🏾
