Once I am up, there is another problem related to ADHD

; I always forget to do something in my morning routine. To solve this problem, my father came up with an idea, a visual morning schedule. The night before, he makes a schedule that starts at 7:30 and finishes at 8:40 with pictures. I can check every task that I have to do. So, I make sure I do not go to school without socks; it happened several times. These are the simple tips I can give to parents and kids with ADHD to get through their morning routine. For the parents, make sure that your kids have followed the schedule; sometimes, you will have to double-check.
